MENTOR Minnesota is a state-wide nonprofit (501c3) organization committed to supporting mentorship and assisting youth-focused organizations and businesses in strengthening their programs or incorporating a mentoring approach into their current initiatives. We believe that relationship-driven efforts encompass individuals of all ages and identities, reaching everyone from Pre-K children to older adults.
To realize this vision, we offer training, resources, and consulting—primarily at no cost—to foster a community where everyone has the opportunity to connect with a mentor and emphasize relationship-centered programming.

We build and strengthen meaningful, equitable, and inclusive developmental relationships for Minnesota’s youth by supporting and uplifting the people, programs, and systems that walk alongside them.
